Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance by contacting Penelope's Cotswolds Floral Bakery.
Full payment or a valid gift voucher issued by Penelope's Cotswolds Floral Bakery is required to secure a booking.
A booking is only confirmed once payment is received, and you receive confirmation that you are included in the class.
The price covers all materials, ingredients, and instruction unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you are unable to attend the class please advise Penelope as soon as possible.
There is a 14 day cancellation policy prior to the start date of the lesson. To exercise this right you must clearly notify Penelope of your decision to cancel to receive a refund.
Refunds for cancellations within a 14 day period are at Penelope's discretion.
Failure to attend without prior notice will not be eligible to a refund.
You may be permitted to transfer your booking to another person (friend or family member) if you notify Penelope's Cotswolds Floral Bakery in advance.
Cancellation by the Provider
Classes are subject to a minimum number of attendees. If this number is not met, the class may be cancelled postponed.
The provider reserves the right to cancel due to illness, severe weather, or other unavoidable events. In this case, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to an alternative date.
Health, Safety, and Liability
Participants must notify Penelope's Cotswolds Floral Bakery of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
While we make every effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment (e.g. nut-free) as all ingredients are processed in a mixed use kitchen.
Participants attend classes at their own risk and must follow all safety and hygiene instructions. The provider is not liable for injuries or damages sustained during the class, or for the transportation or subsequent consumption of the baked goods after they leave the premises.
